EVA melting bags are also called batch inclusion bags in rubber and tire industies. Main properties of the bags include low melting point, high tensile strength, and easy to open. Rubber ingredients (e.g. powder chemicals and process oil) can be preweighed and packed with the bags and then direct put into an internal mixer during mixing process. So EVA melting bags can help provide cleaner production environment and accurate adding of chemicals, save materials and ensure consistent process.
APPLICATIONS:
- carbon black, silica (white carbon black), titanium dioxide, anti-aging agent, accelerator, curing agent and rubber process oil
