Good quality Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Film - EVA Film for FFS Bagging machine – Zonpak
Good quality Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Film - EVA Film for FFS Bagging machine – Zonpak Detail:
ZonpakTM EVA film is specially designed for packaging rubber and plastic additives on FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) bagging machines. Little bags of additives (100g-5000g) can be made and supplied to the rubber mixing plants. As the film has low melting point and good compatibility with rubber, these little packages can be direct put into a mixer by the user in the mixing process. The bags can easily melt and fully disperse into the rubber as an effective ingredient. It brings much convenience to material users and helps raise production efficiency while decrease waste of additives and chemicals.
EVA films with different melting points (65-110 deg C) are available for different materials and mixing conditions. Thickness and width of the film can be custom made as customer required.
