Made of EVA resin, our EVA valve bags are specially designed for rubber chemicals(e.g. carbon black, silica , zinc oxide and calcium carbonate). These bags have particular low melting point( 80, 100 and 105°C ), can be direct thrown into a banbury mixer in rubber mixing process.
These bags have an extended internal or external valve through which the bags can be filled. High physical strength and good chemical stability make the bags suitable for most powder or pellets of rubber chemicals automatic packing.
